Truehope Nutritional Support Ltd. is dedicated to promoting mental wellness through non-invasive, nutritional means. Founded in 1996 by Tony Stephan and David Hardy, the company has developed and currently produces the nutritional supplement, EMPowerplus®, a specialized micronutrient supplement designed to address the unique nutritional deficiencies associated with mental illness. Truehope supports numerous independent research projects that explore the role of nutrition in mental wellness.
 
The Truehope Support Program goes hand-in-hand with our products. Support consists of a call center available free of charge, an online reporting system for users, and a well-established protocol that can be individualized by our trained, non-medical support staff who are familiar with the use of EMPowerplus® and the transition from psychotropic medications.

More doctors and health professionals than ever before are taking notice of EMPowerplus®. Many doctors across the U.S. and Canada are currently using EMPowerplus® in their clinical practice as a treatment option for bipolar disorder, depression, ADD, and several other mental disorders.

For over ten years Truehope has worked with addiction recovery indirectly as we help our participants transition from medications, alcohol, and street drugs that have the potential to form dependency. There is growing evidence that nutritional deficiencies may also play a significant role in the mechanisms that lead to addiction.
