Sylvie Nalezny is a recovering yo-yo dieter who has finally made peace with her body. Her journey in self discovery led her to earn a Master's degree in Holistic Health Education, specializing in Addiction Studies. This sparked her interest in nutrition and she finished her studies at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition. She is passionate about working with people who struggle with their weight and body image
