Suka Chapel-Horst

Known as “Dr. Suka”, she is the founder and Director of ARISE Alcohol Recovery LLC and Brainworks Alcohol Recovery.  She is an educator on the topic of biochemical restoration for addictions and created the  early-intervention Do-It-Yourself Alcohol Recovery Program for highly functional individuals.

Dr. Suka has been an RN for 38 years, specializing in the fields of Mental Health, Criminal Justice and Drug Dependency in Minnesota, Washington, Colorado and North Carolina.

She was a national speaker and corporate trainer for 15 years, and President of Personal Growth Foundation, an educational organization that provided personal development programs to over 80,000 participants nationally.  Dr.  Suka created and directed the highly successful Peers Optimal Health Program conducted in five centers in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN.

In that program, which is the forerunner of the present ARISE Alcohol Recovery and Brainworks Alcohol Recovery program, over six hundred participants achieved improved health and weight loss, as well as emotional, mental and spiritual upliftment.  Pre-existing medical conditions were decreased or eliminated through a combination of biochemical restoration, energy balancing and psychosocial education.
