The CDs offer guided imageries, art, and photographs that she has co-created focusing on healing and balance. She also co-created The ESP Model to help participants heal by learning to attain and maintain emotional, spiritual, physical balance.

The HART Center focuses on six stages of recovery beginning with acupuncture detoxification for chemicals including sugar, nicotine, caffeine, and flour. Participants are asked to set aside all addictive processes and experience the full benefit of living without attachment while establishing total abstinence in recovery. Experiential healing arts such as psychodrama, heart work, spirit dance, mask making, drumming, and The Healing Will of Intention are used to access the deeper recesses of the psyche for total healing on every level. The HART Center looks at food, nicotine, gambling, and sex addiction as primary addictive processes that must be understood in order to attain full recovery.
